I remember my first yoga class with my mom when I was around 10-years-old, but I did not begin to dedicate myself to a practice until I was a teenager. I initially stayed with my yoga practice as way to combat anxiety and depression as many people do, but it became so much more than that. My goal with my teaching and with this studio is to create a space that inspires and emboldens students to live their yoga off of the mat.
I began practicing yoga as a way to cope with anxiety. I quickly realized my desire to share yoga through teaching so I quit my corporate job and never looked back. I’m inspired to guide students as they achieve strength through yoga - physical, mental, and emotional. Yoga is so much more than something we do, yoga is something we live.
